Shipping policy

1. Processing and Shipping Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure its authenticity and perfect condition prior to shipping.

2. Delivery Times and Rates

Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Returns and Exchanges

• Exchanges: Not accepted.

• Returns: Accepted only in accordance with applicable law.

  • European Union: Legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Outside the European Union: Withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Return Conditions

• The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

• Anti-return tags and sealed ribbons: If tags are removed or if the package has been opened by another person / the seal is broken prior to receipt, no return or refund will be possible.

• All packages are prepared and shipped under video surveillance. In case of dispute, video evidence can be provided.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

• Bank processing times may take a few additional days depending on your bank or card issuer.
