Refund policy
1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused.

Retain all attached tags and be in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important:

All our items are equipped with anti-return tags. If these tags have been removed, the return or refund will not be accepted.

Sealed ribbons on the package must remain intact. If the package has been opened by another person or the seal is broken before you receive it, no return or refund will be possible. Normal opening by the customer is not a reason for refusal.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.
4. Security and Video Surveillance
All packages are prepared and shipped under video surveillance. In case of a dispute regarding the condition or delivery of an item, we can provide video evidence.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and provide a solution.
6. Cooling-Off Period
For shipped orders, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The conditions above (condition, tags, packaging, receipt) also apply.
7. Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Bank processing times may take a few additional days depending on your bank or card issuer.
